Mahmoud El-Mir (Founder)
Founder
Bachelor in Law - the Lebanese Law (Arab university of Beirut and Alexandria University Law School)
Member in the Beirut Bar of Lawyers since 1968
Built a reputable career in the litigation and mostly known for his wide and extensive experience in Criminal law taking in charge highly delicate criminal cases during his long period of expertise. During more of a half of decade of professional experience, Me Mahmoud El-Mir represented entities and clients in various regions of the world, including Europe and Africa and the Middle East in different industries and fields, and currently in charge of Criminal law practice.
Member and former General Secretary of Union pour la protection des Enfants au Liban (UPEL) a public association for the rehabilitation of Juvenile delinquents for 12 years

Jalal El-Mir (Managing Partner)
Managing Partner.
Holder of a master’s degree in Banking & Financial Law from the Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) University Law School and a Bachelor’s in the Lebanese and French Law (Honor list), from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon.
Currently a PhD student at the Panthéon Assas (Paris II) University law school, working on a thesis on bank secrecy.
Previously a senior legal counsel for the Minister of Industry in Lebanon helping in drafting and implementing the industrial plan reforms of the Government of Lebanon.
Previously member of the legal department at the Crédit Agricole Bank in Paris, France 1998-1999
Member in the Beirut Bar of Lawyers since 1999 and the INternatioanl Bar of Lawyers since 2004
Has an extensive experience in all areas of finance and banking, the corporate and construction field including construction claims and arbitration procedure under FIDIC regulations, joint ventures and commercial contracts
Former Instructor of the Business Law and Corporation Law Courses at the Lebanese University (LU) in Beirut and has various publication in civil and criminal law.
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, and familiar with Spanish.

Nisrine El-Mir (off –counsel)
Currently Off-Counsel
Experienced multi-lingual Legal Director with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry in different geographies. Skilled in Privacy Law, Business Planning, Operations Management, International Business, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Strong legal professional with a DEA focused on International Law and Legal Studies from Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) University. PhD Student(October 2018) at Paris Dauphine university PSL preparing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration “EDBA”. Research in the construction of legal risk in organizations.
Broad experience in the legal systems of European and Middle Eastern, Indian, Russian and African Countries.
Significant experience handling a range of major international transactions and projects involving hundreds of millions of dollars and complex industry-specific regulations, security, telecommunications and airport services sectors and IP law areas.
Exceptional negotiations abilities. Fair but firm negotiator with in-depth commercial understanding and project management skills. Effective management of internal attorneys and excellent interpersonal skills. Substantial training in management.

Rizkallah Sheet (Associate)
Bachelor’s in Law - the Lebanese Law (Arab University Law School, Lebanon)
Member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1998 representing several institutions, corporations in the IT, insurance and media sectors and local bank and many reputable construction entrepreneurs.
Built a wide experience in the Levant area with an expertise of Iraqi laws where he acted as consultant to many clients in establishing entities and conducting businesses in insurance and banking, as well as real estate development.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Ali Jouni (Associate)
Bachelor’s in Law - the Lebanese Law (Lebanese University Law School, Lebanon) with Honors
Member of the Beirut Bar of Lawyers since 2000
Published many legal studies in various legal subjects, especially criminal and real estate laws and has an extensive experience in administrative litigation before council of state

Yasser Hage (Associate)
Bachelor’s in Law - the Lebanese Law (Lebanese University Law School, Lebanon), 1998
Member of the Beirut Bar of Lawyers since 1999
Has more than 20 years of significant experience in versatile Corporate and Commercial legal affairs, where he advised commercial and investment companies in Lebanon and KSA on a variety of transactions and products and acted on many large Commercial projects including a broad cross section of general corporate matters, governance, and compliance. As well as advising companies on IPO, regulatory norms and fulfilment requisite formalities, liability management transactions, financial regulation, project development, financing and M&A transactions, Regulatory areas, and corporate governance.
Previously worked for leading law firms in Lebanon for a range of clients in the resources sectors, including investors, developers, and financiers

Kassem Karim (Associate)

Member of the Beirut Bar of Lawyers since 2006 representing reputable distribution and transportation companies and personal private clients.
Published legal studies and research for different institutions companies, and worked with a group of lawyers on cases and civil issues including labor law and social security.
Legal consultant for the non-profit organization of “Union pour la protection des Enfants au Liban” UPEL) a public association for the rehabilitation of Juvenile delinquents
Member of the National Committee for the amendments of legislations relating to delinquents juveniles in Lebanon
Member of the non-governmental committee for proposing and drafting amendments of the Lebanese labor laws
