The firm provides its services to individual and corporate clients in a varied spectrum of industries and sectors for day-to-day business needs, as well as for complex and cross-borders corporate transactions. The firm areas of expertise also include litigation in various fields such as commercial, corporate, construction, aviation, civil, white-collar crimes, bankruptcy and labor and employment regulations, arbitration, real estate, intellectual property, and tax issues regulations, with more than 4500 of litigation cases handled during 50 years of practice.
During our professional legacy, we represented and protected our clients’ interests in Lebanon and abroad, including the Middle East and Gulf region, Egypt, South and central Europe, West and Central Africa, which reinstated the firm’s expertise regionally and expanded its outreach.
In 2009, we established the foreign citizenship programs service and Family office service in association with the Dubai based firm, offering a reliable and trustworthy guidance in sustaining family legacies under Family Office services.
Since 2012 and on a yearly basis, we have been representing a Pro Bono cause in various subjects to help prevail the rule of law and the welfare of our society, all in expression to our commitment to work for the “good cause”.
Since 2017, we have integrated automated solutions for the management of our clients’ services through our administrative staff to progress in efficiency and to serve better our clients’ interests.
In 2018, our firm established the services of claims under FIDIC rules, during which we represented many local and regional contractors in association with reputable lawyers and international construction consultants
